late bloomers lesbian movie
Late Bloomers – Lesbian Movie : A high-school math teacher and the school receptionist create an uproar within the community when they reveal their closeted relationship. Eleanor B Roosevelt High School is the epitome of suburban America: nerdy teachers, horny students and a principal who mistakes proverbs for real life.
This average suburban community is about to be set on its collective ear when Dinah Groshardt, the lonely, laughable geometry teacher/basketball coach and Carly Lumpkin, frumpy school secretary and wife of the school’s algebra teacher, Rom, fall in love. The uproar reverberates from classroom to cafeteria, from bedroom to locker room, from principal’s office to PTA, as the parents, teachers and students of Roosevelt High confront their prejudices, and Carly and Dinah discover a mid-life passion that puts the adolescents to shame.

Review:
it was darned good! The logic of the long wait before the scheduled wedding puzzles me, but overall it was a very nice film. (And yes, we did enjoy seeing Esteban Louis Powell in it!)

Great film, very real!
After watching this film I just felt good for days. Great story! It was refreshing to watch some very real people living real lives and being sincere about their feelings.

I love this very sweet movie
This is an indie film, and it shows. But what’s so nice about this sweet romantic comedy is that it’s very real.

sweet
If you love romance then buy this film. It has great acting, the dialoge is funny and engaging. There’s a certain geekyness about the story, but it holds it’s own up against the…

Awkward, but sweet.
Not terrible, just too many problems for me to really fully enjoy. The basketball coach is a complete dork, and the housewife is overweight and frumpish, so no way can you ever…

A realistic, fun film
I liked this film a lot and found myself smiling through most of it. The lead characters look like school teachers, not actors, the script handles their emerging attraction in a…

Good movie with some slow scenes
Alright what I liked about the movie.1. The two main characters were interesting. I liked seeing two middle aged women acting like hormonal teenagers.

Well done Indie; sweet but not sacharine
My wife and I enjoy seeing a bit of our lives onscreen, so we watch most of the Les/Bi/an themed movies that come to our attention.

yawn…and nude basketball? puh-leez!
A banal foray into that gym teacher thing…my gym teach sure didn’t look as tired and depressed as this gal.
